Hi! My name is Anna. I'm a Midwest girl who has adopted Arkansas as my home. A few things that make me most happy are being a wife, a mother, my faith, a good cup of coffee, and a hot breakfast.

I have a background in hospitality and entrepreneurism, and I am a stay-at-home mom to my precious baby daughter. My husband, Sam, has a great passion for business and had been with corporate America for the last several years. Today, he and I operate The Buttered Biscuit together and we would both agree that it is the best job either of us have ever had.

I’m a simple girl who loves an honest breakfast gathered with family and friends. And now, my family and I are happy to bring the Buttered Biscuit to our friends and neighbors.
