As an internationally recognized mentor, speaker, trainer and coach in the areas of leadership, personal development and professional coaching, I have helped many entry level and top management leaders as well as political leaders with leadership concepts and skills courses by transforming how leaders communicate and connect. I have a unique insight and understanding of how people react during critical times in their lives and what motivates and inspires them.

I bring a lifetime of experience of success in leadership in sales and business building, training and leadership roles in the US military, training and leadership in Emergency Services,training and leadership in a Political environment, training and leadership in education as well as the many years that I served as a Sports Official in numerous sports.

Of Special Note, I was able to partner with the World's #1 recognized Leadership & Management Authority, Dr. John C. Maxwell. I have shared the stage with John as well as other members of his Team in numerous roles that include serving on the Maxwell Team President's Advisory Council as well as the PTP (Peer Training Program).
