About Us
The Resiliency Initiative (TRI) is a certified Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with Fortune 500, government, military and non-profit leadership experience specializing in business continuity, crisis, security, and
CURATED RESILIENCY: TRI was created from our founder’s desire to help businesses and communities become more resilient. TRI can create tailored crisis management and business continuity strategies and develop focused trainings and exercises. TRI specializes in creating plans and trainings that are diverse and inclusive and focused on environmental, social and governance priorities. Additionally, TRI has expertise in creating active shooter plans, cyber intrusion, and ransomware attack scenario-based exercises, as well as creating bespoke C-Suite playbooks and workshops.
ACCESS TO THE BEST: The TRI team has over 200 cumulative years working in the fields of crisis management, business continuity, and security. The team has responded to and supported the recovery efforts of some of the US’ largest disasters from the Northridge Earthquake, to 9/11, Hurricane Katrina, Super Storm Sandy and the COVID-19 pandemic.
DIVERSE CLIENT BASE: current clients include a a Native-American Tribe, a state department of emergency management, a county public health department, a global music education franchise, a publicly traded coffee company, a credit union, and a nonprofit camps for kids.

Andrea E. Davis
Andrea Davis is a recognized expert in the field of emergency management who has dedicated her career to bridging the silos between the public and private sectors to create a united approach when it comes to disaster risk reduction.
Ms. Davis has held leadership roles with NGOs (The American Red Cross, Save the Children US), the US Federal Government (FEMA, The Federal Reserve) and for Fortune 500 Companies (Walmart, Disney). With each role, Ms. Davis used her influence to lead global initiatives focused on the importance of making risk informed determinations and engaging all members of the community in the decision-making process. Currently, Ms. Davis is the President and CEO of a Women Owned Small Business (WOSB), The Resiliency Initiative (TRI). Ms. Davis founded TRI out of a passion to serve the whole community before, during, and after an emergency.

Mr. Mike Davis
Chief Legal Counsel; USNR (Ret.)
Mike Davis served 28 years in the US Navy Reserves, retiring as a Commander. For his last tour of duty, Mr. Davis was stationed in Bahrain serving as Assistant Chief of Staff for the U.S. Naval Forces Central Command’s 5th Fleet. In addition to his Naval service, Mr. Davis has been a career attorney serving as senior staff counsel for the State of California, Department of Corrections and as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of California.
In 2021, Mr. Davis launched a Navy JROTC program in Northwest Arkansas teaching five classes a day at two separate high schools with over 120 cadets enrolled in the program.

Faith Newton
Faith Newton has been in the emergency management profession for over twelve years.
Prior to joining TRI, Ms. Newton served as the Director of Preparedness and Public Private Partnerships for the Walmart Corporation. Ms. Newton developed and executed annual deployment training so Walmart associates could deploy onsite to Local, State, and Federal emergency operation centers in support of disaster response.
Ms. Newton is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR with a Master's of Science in Emergency Management and Homeland Security, a Bachelor's of Science in Emergency Administration Management, and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Clinton Preston
Clinton is an experienced business continuity, emergency management, security, and compliance leader, holding multiple leadership positions across these disciplines at Walmart. While serving as the Director of Business Continuity and Preparedness, he led efforts to overhaul the business continuity program, developing a global policy with a globally consistent program and implementing the program across all international retail markets and sourcing operations.
Clinton supported Walmart's emergency response to multiple man-made and natural disasters. He was deployed to represent Walmart in the state Emergency Operation Centers in Florida and North Carolina during hurricane response and recovery. These deployments allowed him to work directly with local government officials, non-profit organizations, and other businesses to speed up the delivery of critical resources to those most impacted by disasters.
