Tipi Talks- "Off the Reservation" with John Two Hawks John will present "Off the Reservation" This will be a great talk! John Two-Hawks will explore the unique history of Indian Reservations and explore the complexities of sovereignty and what it means to live on or “off the reservation.” ‘Tipi Talks’ is a monthly gathering which takes place at the Museum, and explores interesting topics pertaining to contemporary Native American culture and history. As well as being a Grammy nominated recording artist, John Two-Hawks is a wonderful teacher and speaker with a wealth of knowledge about American Indian culture. ‘Tipi Talks’ is a relaxed, enjoyable evening of sharing, laughing and learning.
