Dr. Compton Day is a free community event for all ages to learn about conservation, environmental stewardship and recreational activities in NWA. The event is a celebration of Dr. Compton and the issues he championed in Arkansas and beyond.
The celebration will also include the unveiling of our very own Dr. Compton Neon Sign, followed by a raffle drawing!
Activities feature interactive stations from a growing list of organizations, including:

Events include rock painting, music, ice cream, cake, food trucks, shopping and more!
The Peel Compton Foundation is excited to partner with the Bentonville Farmers Market by Downtown Bentonville Inc. This will be a downtown event that you won't want to miss! Grab your family, stop by the Farmers Market, then make your way to Compton Gardens to participate in our interactive celebration on Saturday August 10th from 9am-1pm!
All markets are sponsored by Northwest Health & Farm Credit.
