The WalStreet program, part of the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce, is excited to offer its fourth edition in the 2018 series of WalStreet Fireside Chats!
The WalStreet program is a diverse group of professionals who work directly with Walmart, Sam's Club and/or suppliers, and solutions providers. They are committed to continuously improving how to do business within the Walmart and Sam's Club community and advance their collective knowledge.
This Fireside Chat, "Online Grocery Pickup" will feature Expert Panelist
Brock McKeel - Senior Director Central Operations - Digital Experience, Online Grocery, Innovation, and Mobility at Walmart.
Brock has been with Walmart since 2010, spending four years on the Sam's Club Membership Operations team. Currently, Brock leads the Walmart Customer Experience Execution team. In this role, he delivers new technology to store associates and designs customer service programs that support our Clean, Fast and Friendly expectations in stores. In addition, he leads a team focused the future of innovative associate technology, including the use of virtual and augmented reality to better prepare store associates for the future of retail. Brock also has responsibility for the Digital Operations and Customer Experience for the Online Grocery business for Walmart where the team focuses on the user experience both online and mobile.
Tracy Neal - National Account Manager-eCommerce & Hair Care, Paris Presents, Inc.
Tracy is a native of Arkansas ans has been with Paris Presents since 2015. She has lead the eCommerce efforts for her company building from the ground up, paving the way for digital success. Tracy has experience across different functions and embraces opportunities and challenges to bring best in class ecommerce strategy to the Walmart retail site. In Tracy's personal time she enjoys running, concerts, trying new restaurants and mentoring young women.
Whitney Cooper - eCommerce Lead, Walmart U.S.. at Kellogg Company
Whitney has 10 plus years of experience supporting and selling to Walmart. Early in her career, she sat on-site with Sam's Club where she managed in-club shopper marketing before transitioning over to a three year stint sitting on-site at Walmart, building out their Associate Marketing capability and internal change management programming. Before joining Kellogg's, she jumped into the world of start-up as the VP of Client Service at Acorn: The Influence Company where she led influencer marketing campaigns for Unilever, P&G, and Tyson Foods. Whitney joined the Kellogg Company in 2016 leading Shopper Marketing activation at Walmart for Frozen foods and digital activation strategy for Snacks and Morning Foods. In her new role, she leads Kellogg's eCommerce business at Walmart which includes Walmart.com, Jet.com and Online Grocery Pickup activation.
